Technical implementation process
① Hardware deployment
Install iBeacon devices (such as USB powered or button battery models) at key locations such as store entrances, shelves, and cash registers.
Set the UUID, Major/Minor value of each iBeacon, and divide the area (such as entrance area, clothing area, discount area).
② User-side preparation
Customers need to:
Turn on the Bluetooth of their mobile phones (no manual pairing is required).
Install the brand APP or authorize the WeChat applet in advance (location permissions are required).
③ Trigger and push logic
Scenario 1: Customers enter the store
The iBeacon at the entrance detects a signal, and the APP background determines that it is a new customer/returning customer.
Push pop-up window: "Welcome! New users get 20 yuan off on their first order" + coupon link.
Scenario 2: Approaching a specific shelf
The iBeacon in the clothing area triggers: "New summer styles are 30% off, click to view the matching guide."
Scenario 3: Analysis of stay time
If a customer stays in the discount area for more than 30 seconds, a "limited-time special offer list" will be pushed.
Data management and optimization
Backend system functions:
Record user stay time, coupon collection/redemption rate.
Adjust push content based on data (e.g. send higher discounts to unredeemed users).
